By accessing or using Alpha Link Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2 Description of Services
Alpha Link Pro provides automated trading bot software that connects to your Deriv account via the official Deriv API. Our platform services include:
- Automated Deriv API trading bots for Synthetic Indices (Volatility Indices, Jump Indices, Step Index)
- VIP trading signals delivered via Telegram
- Deriv account management services (Premium plan)
- Trader mentorship and education programmes
3 Financial Risk Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Trading in financial instruments, including Synthetic Indices and Forex, involves substantial risk of loss. Alpha Link Pro provides software tools and signals to assist traders. We do not guarantee profits or specific returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
4 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details or Deriv API keys with third parties. Alpha Link Pro will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your own actions or negligence.
5 API Key Usage
When you provide a Deriv API token, it is used solely for executing trades through your subscribed bot plan via the official Deriv API. We do not use your API token to access personal information, transfer funds, or execute unauthorised trades. You can revoke the API token at any time from your Deriv account settings without affecting your Alpha Link Pro subscription.
6 Subscriptions & Payments
All subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds on partially used subscription periods. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Alpha Link Pro platform:
- Using the platform for any unlawful or illegal activity
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our bot software or strategies
- Sharing subscription access or API-connected bot sessions with non-subscribers
- Providing false or misleading information during registration
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or platform restrictions
8 Limitation of Liability
Alpha Link Pro and its founders shall not be liable for any trading losses incurred through the use of our bots, signals, or account management services. All trading involves inherent market risk. Our total liability to any subscriber is limited to the subscription fees paid in the current billing period.
9 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Alpha Link Pro platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
